As your wedding minister or celebrant, I will work with you to help plan the service which reflects your individual needs and contains special meaning for you both, celebrating your memorable and unique occasion. Whether you are wishing for a white wedding blessing, or something less conventional, it’s important to me that each couple has and achieves their dream day. A non-denominational minister or celebrant ceremony can take place anywhere and be designed to suit the individuals concerned.
All my ceremonies are guided by you and only you. It’s your ceremony, your way, your content, and your choice of venue. You can have as much or as little religious content as you desire, with the added uniqueness of an additional option like handfasting, sand pouring, or family unity candle lighting.
I will encourage you to choose a wide range of readings, poems, songs, and music to make your ceremony unique for the two of you.

At the current time, celebrants are not legally allowed to marry you. The legalities are always carried out by a registrar in a registry office, formalising and legalising the marriage.
Sustainability statement – weddings
A wedding is a celebration of love and commitment, and it can also be an opportunity to make thoughtful choices that reflect your values.
Sustainability does not mean compromising on the joy or beauty of your day. In many ways, it enhances it. By keeping things simple, personal, and intentional, you can create a ceremony that feels truly meaningful, while also being kinder to the environment.
This might include choosing a local venue, reducing travel where possible, working with independent suppliers, and considering natural or reusable elements throughout the ceremony. When it comes to flowers, many couples now choose seasonal arrangements, potted plants, or even flowers from their own gardens, which can later be replanted and enjoyed long after the day itself.
I am always happy to support you in bringing these ideas into your ceremony in a way that feels natural and personal to you. There is no expectation, only gentle guidance if this is something you would like to explore.
Your wedding should reflect who you are. When sustainability is part of that, it becomes not just a choice, but a meaningful part of your story together.
