When dealing with grief, there is no right or wrong way, as everyone deals with grief in their own way. Most people will go through five stages of grief, they are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.
During any of these stages you may feel that you wish to speak to someone outside the family. If so, Cruse is a great organisation that can help with this. You may also find that your local hospice or Macmillan centre, Marie Curie and Hospice UK will be able to help.
