Dealing with grief after a loss can be challenging to navigate the emotional feelings; sometimes, it feels like being lost in a maze.

I offer Zoom grief counselling for individuals to discuss in a safe place how you are feeling and hopefully be able to help understand the emotional feelings you are having.

Grief can affect every aspect of life. I understand that seeking support is not easy and that you may be asking for help for the first time in your life. This is fine, and you have nothing to worry about. If I am unable to help and support you, I will signpost you to the best available service I can to make sure that you receive the grief counselling, help and support you need.

Always remember there is no right way or wrong way to deal with your grief. Everyone is different and deals with grief in their own way.

How does it work

Firstly, I need to collect some information from you so that I can understand your needs and requirements and ensure that I am suitable for you.

Secondly, we will arrange a date for our first meeting. This usually lasts for around an hour. I don’t believe in clock-watching or stopping our conversation at the midpoint; sometimes, the sessions are longer than an hour.

My charge for Grief Counselling is £40 per session. This will be invoiced to you before each session. The invoice must be paid in full before the session starts, and I require a 24-hour cancellation notice period.
