I value the important role funeral directors play in guiding and supporting families and will always work alongside them in a cooperative and respectful manner.

I will communicate clearly, respond promptly where possible and work with funeral directors to ensure ceremonies are well planned and delivered with dignity and care.

I respect the experience and responsibilities of funeral directors and other professionals involved in the arrangements. Where decisions need to be made on the day of a ceremony, I will always aim to work together in the best interests of the family.

Any concerns or issues will be discussed professionally and respectfully, with the aim of finding a positive solution wherever possible.

My focus is always on providing a seamless and compassionate experience for the families and communities I have the privilege to serve.
