This policy explains how I protect the confidentiality of the information shared with me while providing my services as a Minister and Celebrant.

Families and clients often share personal stories, memories and sensitive information when planning a ceremony. I recognise the trust this places in me and treat all information with the utmost care and respect.
Any personal information shared with me will be used only for the purpose of planning and delivering the ceremony or providing the services requested.
I will not disclose personal or confidential information to anyone without permission, unless I am required to do so by law or where there is a safeguarding concern that requires appropriate action.
Information will only be shared with those directly involved in delivering the ceremony, such as the funeral director or venue, and only where it is necessary to provide the agreed service.
All records are stored securely and handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Confidentiality remains important even after a ceremony has taken place, and I will continue to respect the privacy of every family and client.
Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated where necessary to reflect changes in legislation, professional guidance or working practices.
