Purpose
This policy explains how bookings, cancellations and changes to ceremony arrangements are managed.

Once a booking has been confirmed, I will reserve the agreed date and time exclusively for your ceremony.
I understand that circumstances can sometimes change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible so that we can discuss the available options.
Where it is possible to rearrange a ceremony, I will do my best to accommodate the new date and time, subject to my availability.
If I am unable to conduct a ceremony due to exceptional circumstances, I will inform you as soon as possible and, where appropriate, assist in finding a suitable replacement celebrant.
Any deposits or payments made will be dealt with in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking.
My aim is always to be fair, understanding and flexible while ensuring that all bookings are managed professionally and respectfully.

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated where necessary to reflect changes in legislation, professional guidance or working practices.
