I may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist with administrative tasks, research, proofreading or improving the presentation of documents.
AI is used only as a support tool and never as a replacement for my professional judgement, experience or personal involvement.
Every ceremony, tribute and piece of written content prepared for my clients is carefully reviewed, edited and approved by me to ensure it reflects the wishes, memories and personality of the individual or family concerned.
Any personal information entered into AI systems will be handled responsibly and in accordance with my Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. Where appropriate, identifying information will be removed or anonymised.
I remain fully responsible for all work produced and for the service I provide. My commitment is to deliver ceremonies that are personal, meaningful and written with care, compassion and professionalism.
