All fees are inclusive of:

• Initial planning meeting
• Unlimited drafts of your ceremony follow the ceremony outline.
• Liaising with other people who’ll be taking part in your ceremony.
• Unlimited email and phone consultations as required.
• Anything else I can do to make your ceremony exactly as you want it to be.

Additional information

• Where a Funeral Director or Event Planner is involved, there are no additional charges made by me as my fees will be included in the Funeral Director or Event Planner quote, unless otherwise stated.
• Double time slots (one-hour service) are charged at the same price as shown; however, an additional £75 may be charged for any additional work required; this will be discussed with you beforehand.
• Please note that if I am required to supply the music and order of services for your service, this will be chargeable; this will be discussed with you beforehand.
• Any possible additional costs – These will be prearranged with you where possible.
• Mileage – over 30 miles (.45p per mile), travel, accommodation.
• If the service location is listed on this page no additional fees will apply.
