Purpose
This policy explains my commitment to making my services as accessible as possible for everyone.

I believe everyone should be able to access my services with dignity, confidence and respect.
I will make reasonable adjustments wherever possible to meet the individual needs of the families and clients I support. This may include adapting the way I communicate, arranging meetings in accessible locations or making other practical adjustments where appropriate.
I will always aim to communicate clearly and will be happy to discuss any specific requirements before a ceremony or meeting takes place.
Where I work at venues that I do not own or manage, I will work with the venue and the funeral director, where appropriate, to help identify any accessibility arrangements that may assist those attending.
If there is anything that may make it easier for you or your guests to access my services, I encourage you to let me know. I will always do my best to provide a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone.
