All fees are inclusive of:

• Initial planning meeting, face-to-face where possible or via Zoom.
• Unlimited drafts of your ceremony follow the ceremony outline.
• Liaising with other people who’ll be taking part in your ceremony.
• Unlimited email and phone consultations as required.
• Anything else I can do to make your ceremony exactly as you want it to be.

Additional information

• Where a Funeral Director or Event Planner is involved, there are no additional charges from me, as my fees will be included in the Funeral Director or Event Planner’s quote, unless otherwise stated.
• Double-time slots (one-hour service) are charged at the same price shown; however, an additional £75 may be charged for any additional work required, which will be discussed with you beforehand.
• Please note that if I am required to supply the music and order of services for your service, this will be chargeable; we will discuss this with you beforehand.
• Any possible additional costs – These will be prearranged with you where possible.
• Mileage – over 30 miles (.45p per mile), travel, accommodation.
